We make 29 ch, starting from 2 loops from the hook we make 28 and we make in the front buttonhole sl-st to next stitch. Repeat until you have 8 strands hair. 

We do 19 ch, starting from 2 make loops from the hook 18 and make in the front buttonhole sl-st to next stitch. Repeat until you have 3 strands hair. 

We make 15 ch, starting from 2 loops from the hook, we make 14 and make to the front buttonhole sl-st to next stitch. Repeat until you have 8 strands hair.

Details 

We count 4 stitches from top to bottom, not counting 3 stitches in the corner and attach the thread to the 5th loop and knit 1 ch and 1 dc, 2 hdc, 2 sc. Close knitting and leave a long thread. 

We sew the coat to the body. Sew on the sleeves only at the front of the loops.
